We accept the defective product may be returned or replaced within 30 days from the date of invoice. Prior to returning any product, please contact sales department and apply the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form. The packages without a RMA number will be rejected and returned intact to the Sender.

New equipment returned in original packaging & with all original documentation will be fully credited. Returns out of packaging but in new condition will incur a 20% restocking charge. All returned items are subject to inspection and approval by the technical staff.
