I-View products are backed by a one year limited warranty from the date of invoice. Units not covered under warranty are repaired and invoiced for labor and freight charges. Merchandise is not accepted for repair without a Warranty label which stamp on the product. All equipment shortages must be reported within seven days of receipt of shipment.
