Kaixuan Dadi Community is a large townhouse-style community with over 2,000 households and vehicles, operating three shared car/motorcycle access gates. Its previous manual and RFID-based management lacked audit mechanisms and video evidence, resulting in serious security gaps and inefficiencies.
The following are the core challenges faced by the community and the intelligent solutions provided by Tienlin Technology.
Parking Management Challenges
1. High Security Cost and Heavy Financial Burden
Each of the three gates required rotating security staff, leading to high monthly expenses. Residents sought an AI smart parking system to reduce manpower and management costs.
2. Uncontrolled RFID Tags with No Video Verification
The previous ETC-based system:

- Some former residents’ vehicles could still enter freely.

At night, guards often opened gates without verification:

4. Inconsistent Management & Frequent Disputes
Different guards applied different rules, leading to frequent disputes and low community satisfaction.

Because the gates are over 1 km apart, I-View implemented:
