The NVR abnormal shutdown and the showing screen as below:

The Raid card has a protective function and it will ask you to check the Raid configuration when abnormal shutdown, you can follow up the steps as below to bypass the process of checking raid configuration.

1.Reboot the NVR/DVR and then click “Ctrl +H” to enter the BIOS of Raid card. You will see the WebBIOS diagram as below.

2.Click “Controller Properties” section from the WebBIOS.Reboot the NVR/DVR and then click “Ctrl +H” to enter the BIOS of Raid card. You will see the WebBIOS diagram as below.

3.Click “Controller Properties” section from the WebBIOS.

4.Click twice “Next” icon to setup the configuration as below.

5.Configuration the setting as the below diagram’s showing (Refer to the red mark), and then click “Submit” icon to save the setting.

6.Click the “Home” icon to the main screen of WebBIOS and then Save changes & Reboot the NVR.
