How to rebuild the Database of NVR?

If there is an error message as below when you run the Witness Pro program?

Please do the process as below:


1.Turn off all programs which are running on the NVR.

2.Go to D:\Clipsdbf\ ProClips.mdb and then rename the ProClips.mdb file as ProClipsB.mdb

3.Run the Witness Pro software and wait for a few minutes. (The System starts to rebuild the Database).

If the NVR still have the Database error problem, please click the “Save system”  icon and then reboot the NVR.
