The NVR can pass the BIOS, but the screen is black?
The problem maybe causes the abnormal shutdown of the NVR/Hybrid DVR many times to cause the system loss some files.
Please do the follow the process as below:
1.Make sure the BIOS setting as below:
a.Select the “Boot\ Hard Drive BBS Priorities” Let “ Boot Option #1” change to Flash Module or SSD Card and then go back preview page.
b.Then Change “Boot Option #1” to DVD,”Boot Option #2” to SSD Card of Flash Module.
2.If the BIOS setting is correct and you cannot find out the Mouse icon on the screen that you do the process as below:
a.Reboot the NVR and let the BIOS pass running, then click the ” Enter ” key of Keyboard several times immediately.
Please take note to click “ Enter” key must be immediately after pass the BIOS running.
b.If do the above process, maybe can run the system normally, please go to the main screen to click the ” Save system ” icon and reboot the NVR.
3.If the BIOS setting is correct and you can find out the Mouse icon on the screen that you do the process as below:
a.Click “ Ctrl +Alt + Del “ key, then entry Task manager program to enable “ Witness Pro/XP shell “ program to run the NVR system.
b.After the above process and then the system becomes normally, please go to the main screen to click the ” Save system ” icon and reboot the NVR.
4.If the problem still there, you need to have the Ghost the NVR. You can refer to the Ghost process from the FAQ.
