Why the blue screen will show on the monitor when running the NVR as below, but it can work normally after removing all HDDs?
There are some issues causes this problem and description as below:
1.Check the driver of Raid card from the “Devise manager”. Make sure the driver still install correctly? Please refer to the photo as below.
2.If cannot find out the driver, please turn off the NVR, do the process as below:
a.Clear the inside dust of platform.
b.Clean the PCI-E bus (Gold area) of Raid card by the eraser. Maybe the contact not well after use for a few years later.
c.If the problem still there, it is possible that you can swap the Raid card to the working NVR. Check the both NVRs can work normally?
3.If cannot find out the Raid driver, please swap the Raid card to the working NVR. Check the both NVRs can work normally?
4.If the problem still there maybe the Raid card defect or Platform PCI-E 16X slot defect.
