ParkHelper® Parking Space Management Server
ParkHelper® Parking Space Management Server is the core technology of ParkGuide® parking guidance system of i-View. The industrial-grade host architecture has a built-in powerful CPU to provide higher performance and fast processing of parking data. The embedded operating system is stored in the solid state drive ( SSD) allows the system to start faster, and the Raid1 operating system backup mechanism can automatically backup when the operating system fails. ParkHelper® mainframe supports 4 hot-swappable data storage capacity up to 40 TB, and has Raid 0/1/5/6/10/50 storage function. The host has license plate recognition, parking space quantity and direction display control, vehicle without license plate and cross-parking detection management, video recording management, dedicated to the control and management of parking space guidance equipment, which makes the parking system easier to manage and more efficient. Alleviate the growing parking problem.
Embedded O.S.
An embedded operating system prevents the HDD break causing the system crash and a virus problem.
Redundancy Storage*
To protect recorded data with Raid storage redundancy, allowing record video and rebuild HDD simultaneously.
Backup O.S.*
Embedded O.S. and NVR software installed on the SSD with redundancy RAID 1 to ensure auto take over when SSD defected.
S.M.A.R.T.
Predict HDD failure and send the user a warning message with two levels via email, SMS, phone call, execute the preinstalled program.
Watchdog Timer
Built-in hardware and software Watchdog timer, the system will allow auto-reboot when crashed.
Health Monitoring
Allow online monitoring of the Parking Server health, Camera Connection, Event alert, Network connection, and Device status.
System Reliability Analysis
The ParkGuide® system continues to dialogue between the parking camera and server. Using the collected data from the verification process to analytic and regularly provides the facility manager with a detailed report – proving the reliability of the system in a tangible way.
Playback event video
Enter the license plate number or electronic tag number, and the system will arrange the event log in chronological order of the recognition results. Click on the event, and the video will be playback from the event time automatically.
Events search quickly
Allowing quick search for events by categories such as name, license plate number, electronic tag number, company, person name, group, time zone, and gate.
Camera Failure Alert
The ParkGuide® system continues to dialogue between the parking camera and server while automatically popping up an alert message if the camera stops working.
Intuitive Statistical Report
Provide parking statistics, hotspot, and traffic flow analysis outcome.
Car & Person Safety
Integrate with IP surveillance and the emergency call system completely protects the safety of the parking area.
Instant Notify
Integrated with the Intelligent Video Analytics (IVA) and Public Address (PA) system to alarm broadcasting automatically when the vehicles illegal parking.
